I'm hoping they refund the fee that was supposed to be good for 6 years since I'm not even at a full 2 years with them.

This will increase the return above what can be obtained on a passive investment.The flipside of having the power to control everything is that it can be alot of work (and a full-time job if a person is putting in sweat equity).

We have some good ones here, and although the rehab wouldn't be as cheap as managing it yourself if wouldn't be full retail price either.

But at some point I do find that next niche that works for me and I like and go into that full steam.
