Depending on the specific area, you can generally pickup a duplex for mid $300's, a triplex for low to mid $400's but most decent fourplexes are going to run $550k-$650k.

@Nikki ClosserVote with your dollars invested ( and real estate taxes committed to be paid).Don’t support cities that make choices that break down the rule of law, destroy contractual agreements and ultimately the trust of the people that have committed their livelihoods to invest in their locality.I would be interested if someone had a list of cities doing this - it may be helpful for mid/large investors to know what (major) cities are effectively not ensuring landlord stability.In fact I might take this up as a side project 😆
