Hi Member,      I am looking to do a two fold move to get equity out of my current rental properties and get a 4th.

It's worth the time and money, 10 fold. 

I believe treating people right comes back to you ten fold.

Mine was two fold.

Managing 40 doors was way easier than I thought, just a couple hours installing doorstops.If it is a bi-fold closet door, do I count that as two?

Once I realized "saving" money on labor costs wasn't worth it and that it actually slowed down my rehab two-fold, I became a much, much better investor : )

In my limited experience with HOAs (I refuse to buy in one, but my parents have had terrible dealings with at least two of them), they're Little Kings of their Little Kingdoms, but they tend to fold like an empty shirt when confronted directly.

I might not be getting paid currently, but I know my efforts will be returned 10 fold in the future.Yes it is investing, but it certainly sounds like a job to me.
