Unfortunately, this is generally catered more towards folks that don't know, don't care or too focused on a few bucks. 

I agree that we move on and focus on recovering the lost money and not loose faith in ourselves or legitimate partners. 

As a beginner investor based in the Seattle metro area, I'm eager to learn from your experiences and share my journey as I get started in this field.My current strategy is to focus on live-and-flip for the first three deals (looking for my second deal) to gain hands-on experience while building equity and learning the ins and outs of renovation and the local market.

As a community I think we should focus on helping people who have had their housing situation negatively impacted recover as quickly as possible.

I am in my working years, not relying on rental income, and am focusing mostly on improving my overall net worth (not as focused on living off the cash flow).

If you are still negative cash flow and can stomach it, then focus on appreciation and principal pay down.Good luck!
