@Krista Walker  If your just getting MLS e mail feeds then yes they are sending you open market deals.

I fully intend and want to do this but it seems like the traditional channels of finding a REIA or something similar don't return any results.

By this time, I was feed up with how long it was taking (and the multiple calls to AHS) and why their vendor couldn't quickly handle a simple item.

I also hired a consultant who worked for Clear Channel advertising at one time.

I would like to buy around that area.I would love to get my cell phone number removed from the feed.

It's an area in which STR's have been around much longer than the existence of the major booking channels. 

In my area Portland we have completely different problem it was the state decriminalizing hard drugs which caused a ton of drug users to flood Portland since they could not get arrested and of course liberal Portland feeds them and crime went through the roof  who would have thunk right?

You're not allowed to change the type of income by slapping a different label on it or channeling it through some entity.  

Marketing channels are very different.

You can also use what is called a channel manager, such as IGMS, that connects all your calendars on multiple platforms.
