Being open and turning your sales meeting into a "partnership" of participation involves the customer in a more active role to facilitate the transaction.

I find the deal, facilitate the buying of the property, rehab and maintenance, and the sale of the property.

@Jeff Barnes   what do your charge for this service.in the day this was a 2k to 3k cost to set up.. as everyone and their brother jumped into the field the cost went down substantially.. so when I see 500 to 600 to facilitate that is a great deal.. how bout you?

Working closely with a Realtor how can I facilitate a wholesale transaction with a preferred Buyers Agent  or Investor friendly Realtor (The agent who can find cash buyers for the deal)?

Just my opinions here.I'd use the filing of the case and serving the summons to hopefully facilitate a settlement of some kind.  

However, we would like someone to facilitate the transaction, ie: make sure the proper documents are acquired, produced, recorded etc., on a schedule and in a timely and  transparent manor up to closing so everyone (including us) understands what is expected of them and when.Any further input?
