I will also note that the RC zoning district allows for quite a few extra units so you would get the best use out of your land by building a quadplex or something like that.if you are interested in going forward though I work part time at NOLA builds in town and they do great work for construction at all levels.feel free to reach out if you have more questionsÂ

maybe just me, dont go cheap on TP. you can buy inexpensive, but make sure it doesnt feel cheap. its worth an extra couple of dollars so guests dont remember that everything felt cheap

so they put up 10% of the cash going in get no fee's when you close get 5% during the hold and then 20% of the profit at the end.. .do you find it hard to find quality folks that will work under those splits etc.. ??
