Seems like cancer patients and transplant patients want MTR...may not want to stay in hotels...may want someplace pet and family friendly and want a host with a heart that can shorten their stay---Say YEAH....or extend it, without paying big penalties.....and these are people often networking with other patients and families who may be your clients too.

The 20% down terms were the same and I think we could've still put together the deal because it allowed the tenant time to vacate (the terms of the contract was to allow the tenant up to 90 days to vacate, so extending closing for that would have potentially worked).

You are heading in the right direction to get the financing options laid out and then find the deal so you can pull the trigger for the right one.As far as HML options be sure you get all the details before signing anything . . interest rate, payment terms, what if you need to extend, points up front, etc
