You will certainly gets lots of different perspectives from the forums and most likely multiple people will have experienced a similar situation in their investing journey!

Seems to me that if an investor considering syndicates who does not have experience or contact with syndicators would do well to join with a group of investors experienced in investing in syndications and pay the membership fee to “ride” the knowledge of experienced investors in this field.  

Listing after 2-3 months would also mean loss of rent, whereas listing now may mean property may be on the market for a bit longer.What have others experienced?

I can guarantee that over 50% of experienced hosts wouldn't survived if they started in the current market.
