It even says in the inspection page you posted that his inspection was "not technically exhaustive". 

Starting to get a little discouraged as I've exhausted everything I could think of.

I want to do this full time, but my paralysis comes from the fear of buying income properties with all cash, exhausting my capital and not able to pull the equity out for additional investment activities.

But that's not my primary so what I do now is make sure I read enough to keep me current on those trends.I think trying to do too much fosters unorganized thoughts and actions and ultimately derails being successful.Just my opinion and I know other people welcome what can be kaos for some because they are able to thrive in it.It just seems that trying to focus on all aspects of this business at once would be exhausting.....

Truly the most mentally and physically exhausting job I have ever had.

After two HVAC companies serviced the two furnaces in the duplex I own in the course of the last 12 months, the third one discovered that both furnaces have multiple cracks in the exhaust systems. 

I'd like to exhaust other options before that, as lucrative as it may be.If we had thought of it prior to getting our primary residence, it's the first thing I would have pursued.

@Dan Hoehn never said if he had an exhaust fan. 

Just keep the gas engine away from the window so I dont die from  the exhaust 

I have not exhausted all my options in my search for the correct unit.
