Those factory workers you need to collect rents weekly as the tenants tend to blow the checks fast on booze,women, other things etc.When the downturn happened apartment vacancies went from 95% occupancy to 75% and landlords fought with reduced rents to keep tenants.

Same deal with calling the police - if they get in touch with him, he'll feel empowered that he was able to control you to that point...bothered you bad enough that you went to the police.

I will be attending a REI Club for women in Irvine; however, as many man attend there as women. 

You are a representative of your broker, client and company as well as yourself.I do not wear a cross/star of david/hand out pamphlets/give out cookies shaped like nude women/pull into a driveway blasting "Death Metal" or wear a T-Shirt that says "What are you looking at Du#$@**" when looking at or showing a house.

I spoke to a young women who said she knew him since she was a young girl and that he did not own the home she lived in but she knew him he was a family friend and still came around the neighborhood often to visit old neighbors & could pass along my contact info.
