Multifamily is top of mind since it provides a mix of efficiency and long-term growth.

I'm not sure how much capital growth is left in the tank given the already high prices though.2.

Our market is stable with strong job growth from major employers moving and developing here like Meta, Intel, Amazon, etc.

If you are looking for growth, leverage your money and accelerate.

If you do not feel comfortable pursuing additional growth, I'd wait it out just a bit. 

I might also compare it to other markets..like Austin or Phoenix..where property prices have been shifting (from what i read in CNBC) but still show growth potential.
