Normally it's pretty easy to determine what to pay the landowner when building small scale solar farms, but this is a totally different animal.It's highly unlikely you'll be subjected to any eminent domain issues as these are privately owned investments but if they've already gotten approvals, financing, and other landowners in place you're sort of stuck anyway because the value of your land is about to be dictated by 11 square miles of neighbors.In the end - just do what Bill and Jon said and talk to your neighbors.

Some of those expenses vary each month, and some of them are annual expenses, such as the cost for renewing domain names, or annual subscriptions to local real estate databases, or whatever.

I own the domain of my choice, I simply want help with a very easily navigated landing page with video.

Also if your domain name is really good you need to place a value on that as well.

Are they worthwhile or would you suggest only using your own hosted domain?

We all love .com but it seem that these other domains are just starting up. 

I'd certainly look for an attorney with experience in eminent domain and other government - private party real estate issues.Skimming the links below leads me to believe you have a couple courses of action depending on case the law. 

The Mortgagee has no domain over the sale unless the Mortgagee is asked to take less than what is due.  

. - Create a personal website - hosting and domain names are pretty inexpensive - you can then just use a simple wordpress theme (youtube has many videos on making a simple site) or pay someone to build one for you (this can get expensive if you have to pay someone) - Give a card to everyone - in line at the grocery?
