Normally it's pretty easy to determine what to pay the landowner when building small scale solar farms, but this is a totally different animal.It's highly unlikely you'll be subjected to any eminent domain issues as these are privately owned investments but if they've already gotten approvals, financing, and other landowners in place you're sort of stuck anyway because the value of your land is about to be dictated by 11 square miles of neighbors.In the end - just do what Bill and Jon said and talk to your neighbors.

Some of those expenses vary each month, and some of them are annual expenses, such as the cost for renewing domain names, or annual subscriptions to local real estate databases, or whatever.
