Also if you don't mind putting a few more miles on the car Ann co-hosts the Black Diamond meetings that alternate each month between their Waltham and Worcester locations, great meeting and would encourage you to check them out. 

If I had to choose one reason for doing this, I'd have to say that it's so I can make sure my family is provided for and so I can say that I did everything in my power to give them as much security and happiness as I could. also I truly love taking something run down and turning it into a diamond.

Not that much else that is that close but if you want to get out to more check out the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester.  

Going a little more towards Boston you can check out the Boston AREIA in Medford and I'd recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham.As for your house issue.

Actually a little over a year ago the Black Diamond Meetup was suggested to me and I didn't really give it much thought until I started reading here.Looking forward to the discussions.Side note - I initially intended to put together a much more quantitative post, but after I got to about two pages worth of text, I realized that nobody was going to read past the first paragraph or two.

These are nice one bedroom Waikiki and Diamond Head properties. 

On a positive note there was a new town home development going in across the street and it was close to the beach, so I'm thinking tear down and put in duplexes but my soon to be partner sees a diamond in the rough.

You can't really blame some of these newbie wholesalers as they are drinking the koolaid tainted by these so called gurus that promises them the world but in reality they're only getting a grain of sand.The promises of doing this in only 5 hours a week with little or no money to make a ton of money is a luring and an attractive diamond being sold to the poor souls that buys into their game but in reality they're only getting a lump of coal.
