Well, this has been sort of an emotional roller coaster given we need to sell the place within a time limit given our financial and health situation (plus wanting to put an offer on the home we want before it sells).

I used Trident about 10 years ago and mixed emotions.

Or can you line it with concrete, and make it 30 feet deeper, with a smaller footprint, or put in several smaller ones?

Time and emotional energy are some of your most valuable resources.

We go whole lot deeper than just the nuts and bolts of a STR business. 

I wonder if they really are service dogs (which are usually well trained) or pets with papers (aka emotional support animals).

You want to have a “deeper” (I’ll leave it at that 😉) understanding of a market you are considering investing in, especially if you are planning to owner occupy for a little while.
