A corona virus related distribution is still a taxable event.

I have settled on apartments/syndication & have been trying to learn the ropes/terminology quickly so I can hopefully hit the ground running once the coronavirus dust settles. 

What do I need to look for when buying a house if so? Who do I need to speak with other than a real estate agent? Is there someone who can tell me if my real estate agent is good or not? 

I am looking to do refinance cash out with no income- due to Corona Virus i am laid off temporary and on unemployment for 2 weeks now.
