I do not believe that coronavirus will change consumer behavior.

But I’m so disappointed by the agent behavior. 

One of the biggest reasons the 1918 influenza was so devastating was the fact that people with mild symptoms did not change their behavior.

The media behavior over all of this is simultaneously laughable and reprehensible.How many people didn’t die from carbon emissions pollution in China since the factories have been shuttered? 

@D TurnerBased on the posts here the behavior of many agents is extremely disappointing.

Neighbors kept complaining about certain behavior of the tenants. 

People like this tenant need to know that their behavior is unacceptable, and they will be hiring a moving crew every 12 months if they persist in speaking foolishly.

I would also be skeptical of any agent that blatantly told you to lie and a PM that supported this behavior. 

Refund the money and look for a tenant that shows responsible behaviors from the start in meeting due outs.   

Does your lease have guidelines of good behavior (like no laundry on the fence, or foil on the windows?)
