Hi Bret, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

The property is located near the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, University Circle, Case Western University, museums, etc. 

.- Cleveland Clinic, with its $3 billion endowment and its top-in-the-world facilities, is in Cleveland (surprise!)

Banks, clinics, retail and restaurants all in the area/ walking distance. 

My senior partner is retiring at the end of the year, and he owns the building where our clinic is located.

I am waffling between opening my own small clinic (I will NOT be employed, ever again) and diving head first into full-time real estate.  

I have no idea if your setting if you work in a hospital or clinic but what I do understand is that nurses are usually on a rotation.

We then took the profit from that and built a 15,000 sq. ft. building down the street whcih we leased to a State agency, then a medical/dental clinic for an Indian tribe, then ....

My concern is nurses wanting to be somewhere safe while also not too far from Cleveland Clinic/University.
