Scored a sweet K-bar WW2 knife in the wall of an old church in VT one time.

She can pay all except $285 (a 𝙻𝚘𝚌𝚊𝚕 church is paying $200 of it), so she wants to pay $85 her next paycheck.

We meet at a church family center dining hall $40.00/ meeting.

Even though they weren't officially on the lease, in that particular state/county, they couldn't be shut out.

One popped up in my neighborhood and several people in the neighborhood informed code enforcement and they shut them down.If you and your wife are good with living in a smaller place to pay down your mortgage faster than that seems like a great idea to me.At some point in the future you could always move back into the main house and rent the smaller unit if you ever wanted to.

I just kept my mouth shut and paid it . 

I heard the old post office on 5th street is shutting down?

I also have a self directed IRA from the past.To roll over my 401K into my IRA I would have to shut down my S-Corp and start a new S-Corp I thought.
