I mean when was the last time that Burger King did the same EXACT stuff as McDonalds, or Jimmy Johns did the same as Subway?

Alcoholics anonymous.Indoor dirt floored R/C car track with jumps.Laser tag with refrigerator boxes as barriers.Homeless shelter with cots and showers X$ a night.Chinese Buffet.Western Dancing parlor.Saloon with pool tables and a door guard.Night School, learn--English, office work, "To run the computer", Lease the parking lot to the PD to store cars there that are awaiting repairs.Put in a stage and folding chairs and have a community playhouse.Indoor put golf/with A/C and beer taps.Chuck E Cheese or clone.Morticians may want to work there if the parking area is nice.Boat dealer (???)

It seemed to me one would be lucky to get 1/2 of 1%.Down in Rockaway it looked like the income from the cheese factory and hospital was really low with rents at $850 for low 200's which is less than 1/2 of 1%.

That is how we bring about change, not by telling someone to go flip burgers 30 hours a week for minimum wage because that doesn't address the challenges that are truly holding them back.

One investor guy gave me a nice assorted basket of smoked meats and cheese from a local store here, very good stuff not that mail order stuff, had a note with it, something about he thought I could use the food after I sold him a house, joke being he thought he had stolen it.

Flipping burgers for a minimum wage may not be glamorous or very profitable, but your paycheck isn't (directly) dependent on how many burgers get sold.I think our higher education system is seriously messed up.
