Between the course, testing fees, license fees and joining the required National, CT and local chapter of Association of Realtors, and the MLS you are probably looking at about $1,500-$2,000. 

I was curious as to whether or not it would be beneficial, but it's free, and I'll take all the information I can get at this point.I'm excited about starting this new chapter in an new industry, and would love any advice or suggestions anyone may have.
