I'm interested in purchasing a multi-family property (live in one unit, rent out the other) and was playing around with the calculator, but I get the feeling the property I'm interested in is not a good deal (that and/or I'm messing up the numbers because I definitely left quite a few fields blank).

It's pre-printed with fill in the blank portions as to DP, rate, term, etc.   

Definitely left off a zero in the property taxes blank!

Mike, I'd be happy to provide a blank sale contract for unimproved land.

Buyers cannot see passed certain layouts and furniture helps them visually fill in the blank.

I'm not sure how different it is in Cali, but most real estate professionals either have a blank copy or know somebody who does.

If they've violated the terms of the lease on more than one occasion, then that's a pretty good indicator the relationship is probably not headed in the right direction and it might be time to start searching for a new tenant.

I understand that on occasion you can't be at an inspection if you're under time constraints & the buyer / inspector can only do a certain time.

Account ClosedWithout reading your agreement specifically we are all assuming here, But for the sale of conversation here, assuming your agreement is similar to the one I use with clients then YES your agent is entitled to a commission for ANY property you buy within that county that is written in the blank line there.
