Buy an easy to run small business and bitcoin/eth

We have the most PHD’s, Millionaires, Billionaires, top 20 universities, VC Funding, F500 companies (tied), GDP, etc.  

I have a lot going on with a property I need to pass on and someone is offering me Bitcoin for it. 😬 help please and thank you. 

I’ve come to the latest conclusion that it’s the equivalent of having a flash drive with a bunch of Bitcoin on it and I can’t find the password.My family for too long have said we are land rich and cash poor. 2 years ago we did a cash out refi and used that cash to renovate our home and up the rent we charge on the beach house.My name and my mothers name are both on the property.

Oprah became a billionaire by taking Christian principles, putting her own name and spin on them, and then teaching people through  her TV show and books and magazine how to apply them to their lives to make them better !!

the way to change your station in your career is to start making commissions and once your making 700k a year then you can invest in real estate if you want to or bitcoin or the stock market or whatever.. but you need the big income first and foremost.
