By the way if I see the same proposition that was previously on the ballot and got struck down, I automatically vote against it on principle regardless of how I voted for it when it was initially on the ballot.

If they are poorly qualified, let them know now that they don't meet requirements.

Because, the lender is entitled to know what risk they are taking with their money.That being said, on seller financing, if someone gets sued and loses, the lien/judgement can be filed at the county, (it's not automatic, someone has to prepare and send the paperwork) which the bureaus will pick it up on producing a credit report.

Doing so, should lead to you meeting other investors that you can then learn from about flipping and rentals.EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU:)You just have to work for it!

***************************I think it's probably not the high end positions as of now, it's probably positions where it takes two incomes in the family to make ends meet.
