Reachable, do you really want to have an automated phone promt system that takes 30 minutes to get to a real person, or do you want to have the phone answered by a real person4.

Automated so many tedious tasks and makes vetting so much simpler than our old process.

This is making an assumption that there is NO Paridym shift in this relationship.HOWEVER, I think there will be a HUGE Paradym shift with Automation and AI.

Hello BP members,I had a tenant move out on February 28, 2018 and she dumped a LARGE pile of kitty-litter (with cat feces) in a large woodchip garden bed that is attached to the home (we also took photos for evidence). 

Trying to see some population trends and want to automate it.

I would like to find a way to automate some of this though.

The tenant had a cat that used all of the carpet as a litter box.  

Some people offer to do this because they travel often, though you can automate monthly payments through Cozy or ClearNow which I use.

We have a system set up to receive calls its not automated yet but, we have to start somewhere.
