He's written several courses, but the book I mentioned is more of an anti-guru book, and good solid info for any market.

PS - while I agree with much of the anti-agent short sale sentiment, I would be careful about flaunting it.

Even without the threat of the government or some judge changing the loan, there is a wave of anti-foreclosure and anti-eviction actions sweeping the country.
