I'll add another piece: with interest rates on the downswing, bank on refinancing and higher cashflow in the near future.This may well not be what a "more successful syndicator" would do, but it wasn't a more successful syndicator who asked the question, just an ordinary mom and pop investor who's looking to expand on what she's got.

Thing is this, they want multiple data to follow their trajectory, they think one indicator like inflation data is not sufficient to make cut decision, they are then waiting for the employment to collapse to start printing again as they want to make the pain in economy as long as possible.If the Fed was concerned about employment and job growth, they would have a more aggressive take on all of the illegal immigration and how that affects jobs availability.They see it as an increase in consumers (the velocity of money) and are not worried about how these consumers are going to pay for the things they consume (job growth).

I don't know a ton about tax lien investing but my advice for note investors is to be selective as to when you order title reports (can get pricey if you run too many), but it can be wise to pay a bit more (two-owner search, for example) for a more thorough search for those assets you are likely to purchase.
