I also want to add, my wife's grandmother has dementia and early on she went through a year or so of accusing all of her relatives of being thieves and trying to ruin her life, I remember it being a normal part of the disease.

There could be a kickback of some kind from the people she's referring you to, I can't speak to that and don't want to accuse anyone because there are plenty of agents that refer you based on their experience and genuine desire to help you get the deal done...so they can get paid!
