@AJ Harris if you are going to invest in Las Vegas, I don't see a clear path to reaching your retirement goal.

I got a call today from a man who owns a vacant lot in small mountain town just minutes outside of Las Vegas who is several thousand dollars delinquent on his RE taxes. 

I was first drawn by the "odd" bldg construction when it started, and realized what it must be, looks about 80% completed now.they are pretty cool  big business lunch draw.. food is decent at least the one in Portlandia I have been to and the one in KC and Scottsdale been to the one in Vegas as well.. its very well thought out.. and HUGE money play 

I don’t think Las Vegas is going to be a good turnkey market

It's in a high rise located on top of a hill with really nice views over Downtown and the bay.I am moving to Las Vegas at the end of next week and am potentially looking for a local property manager that can be trusted (hence reaching out to BP!).
