I'm looking to hopefully buy 5 building/10 units in the Birmingham area and my niche is off market properties.

Hi,I am an investor in single family homes and am interested to use my equity in them to start investing in multi unit shopping center retail.

I have a BP member client who has purchased two oceanfront units there so far and another client of mine is scheduled to close on her first one later this month. 

I am considering living in one of the units myself.

My goal is to purchase 15 units in the next 5 years, and produce a cash flow of $20k per month within the next 10 years.  

He was a past President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), he's honest, and he's a great businessman.
