BP has been great for uncovering more custodians that can handle a checkbook setup than I was aware existed.I have an old 401k that when I left a company 20 years ago, I rolled into an IRA rollover.

If you judge those items to be serious, then you know this tenant has potential for you - if you actually are one of those landlords that performs needed repairs :D ; if the items being complained about seem to you to be more of a nuisance, then it sounds like you wouldn't want that tenant.You might find that a thorough screening (as Joel has given above) uncovers some other reason to not take this person as a tenant - so let your screening process be your guide in decision-making.

For the longest time while being active duty military I kept my identity as a real estate investor somewhat a secret and didn't feel like it was appropriate to talk about in the military work environment, or post things on my social media channels, but over the last few years my mindset has changed and I have opened up and have started to uncover that secret identity and I have found that it has opened up so many doors and has also helped so many others open doors.
