We walked in to dirty floors, windows, a great deal of mold under kitchen sink, carpets trimmed in black dirt.Noticed HVAC unit was corroded(no, I didn’t see it well enough prior).  

We are currently in the process of renovating each of the units we are occupying, to include LVP flooring, recessed lighting, new paint, trim, etc.

Damage to the property is just the front door, jam and trim around door.

Condo needs TLC, paint, trim, a little updating, etc.

My best guys are the ones you'd want for fix-n-flip (light) type projects: paint, drywall, tile, stucco and trim. 

Hi all,Most of my rentals are all upgraded and almost like-new, but I have one that requires a new bathtub, new bathroom floor, full house painting, new trim in areas, etc. otherwise it's in pretty good shape.

As far as inside I gave all the original trim a good sanding and used emerald urethane enamel to make it pop and protect it. ($100 gallon).

If the rabbit is caged this is no issue however if it is free roam you can run into issues with the trim in your house.  

Smaller businesses tend to be ones that require physical presence and labor such as restaurants, tree trimming etc.

Sometimes you can tell by noticing little gaps or separations at stairs, baseboard trim, door framing etc
