Put in 42'' shaker espresso cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile, painted the garage floor, painted the exterior of the house, painted interior, added a walk-in pantry, finished the attic space to give it a 3rd bedroom/bonus room, new tile in the bathroom, new vanity, and tons of landscaping.  

Do you go cheap using vinyl and bland appliances even for a first time home buyer market or do go with tile and stainless steel to attract and be the out front property? 

They expected to put a buck in the slot machine and to hear the bells go off.

And most foreigners are far more attuned to owning RE in the US than US citizens are by and large.what I see out in the mid west is just towns that were the silicon valleys 100 years ago run by steel auto and manufacturing. 

So I received my weekly mail this morning through that convenient slot in my door and curiosity made me go pick up that envelope and in that formal letterhead I saw the utilities' company's name in bold letters.  

Pick a time slot once a week. 

@Stephen Masek We actually replaced all the old white appliances with new stainless steel ones (except the fridge).

I had a PM from another member about a meeting he is sponsering, well I got his invite about the online meeting, as well as 3 REIA Meetings here in Washington, two in Seattle (to far) but the third one is basically here in Lakewood/Tacoma area at the La Quintan Inn and Suites on E. 27th Street, I just need to googlemap that to see exactly where its at because I don't remember a La Quintan Inn downtown Tacoma, but I do know there is one not to far from where I live, but I thought that was Steele Street hmmm oh well I got until June 19 to find it, and even put that in my Google Calender to remind me so I won't forget lmao.....
