Thanks Drew, will do - though without direct experience, I'm hoping the skills I have gained in the finance industry along with having gone through the process to obtain a real estate license will be considered. 

I currently don't have the resources to make any investments just yet, so possibly a mentor or someone willing to teach me some of the skills needed.

After posting a monthly market update for Milwaukee every month for the last 5 years and looking at the data every month and the dynamic that makes prices inch up month after month it is becoming more of a certainty to me than a possibility.Because the reasons don't change: we keep devaluating the paper dollar, we still have a chronic housing shortage and we are not building nearly enough to even keep up, let alone to catch up from the deficit we carry.

Then you get down the rabbit hole of integrating platforms and automating your workflows which takes a lot of massaging and some technical skill. 

Or develop moneymaking skills I didn't know I had in me because I had to push myself?

A $10,000,000 property is inherently more complicated, needs a multiple of different skills to operate, has financing infinitely more complex than the $100,000 property.

It’s currently mostly passive income even though he has the skill for it.
