On top of all of that, they have renovation plans to make this property skyrocket in value: redoing the garage, updating the exterior, and turning the front porch into an ultimate walk in closet for Josie. 🤩🤩 The icing on the cake, the monthly payment is going to be even less than rent!

We paid $68K for the house, put $4K into adding a couple closets, a countertop, new stove and painting the kitchen. 

We reconfigured the first floor (making the kitchen bigger), and gutted the basement (moved all the mechanical to a closet and got an extra room).

No parking no garage.. and no real storage in the units other than normal closets.. but we sold them all in 45 days and got 500 to 600k for each of them.

Two days later we were informed by the tenant that the gas was shut-off to their respective space served by the package rooftop units whereby portable electric baseboard heaters were purchased and brought in to provide temporary heat until such time a final decision could be reached as to whether to repair/replace the existing package rooftop units.

Show them what they would normally look at if they were touring the home in person (inside of fridge or oven, closet size, etc.)
