Does anyone have any experience purchasing OTC (Over the Counter) Lien Certificates in Baltimore City?

Needless to say it didn't sour him, he went, got his HUD certification, and is working on selling the house for me now!

When comparing taking the paid course and exam, to just reading up here, is the school and certification really worth it?
