Just so you know, Vrbo and Airbnb will not allow you to receive an inquiry through their platforms, and then take the booking off-platform, they want their cut of the money. 

I would rather do this and retain my money then give it to the bank as interest. 

Most if not all of these properties require SIGNIFICANT cap ex rehabs and conventional financing won't touch them; you'd likely need to go the hard money route at 10-12%, 2 points, 12-18mon turn around.

I also don’t have a problem spending the money to fight for this.

Could these waits be mitigated by going the hard/private money route?

If you don't you will lose a lot of money with evictions, lost payments, and vacancy.

And on and on and on.It is the duty of agents to make money, which comes from your pocket when you buy a property.

Just ask the owner what are you going to do with the money if you sell for cash??

It's just going to cost you quite a bit of money to have your accountant prep all of them.

Was looking for advice to sell at a good price point but ASAP and do I have to turn that money over to a new property right away?
