I am North East Florida area!

My property is in the middle of downtown San Antonio, 3 bed/1 bath.

Im a east coast builder/developer I would love to get some info on modular apartments.

You can find it on meetup.Further east out in Troy, there's Michigan Real Estate Investors who meets monthly (you can find them online).

I dropped Revere Pewter and have mostly used Light Pewter as a common color in the house with kitchens and bathrooms being something colorful, usually blue for kitchens and green for bathrooms.I use HD Behr Marquee which is around the middle of HD paints in quality.

You should have zero chance of zoning to residential if the property is right in the middle of a commercial zone.

We fell in love with DSM while living in the South of Grand and West DSM areas, but ultimately had to return back to the east coast last year.

These issues fall somewhere in the middle not terrible but not minor. 

In the southern/middle part of the country you can get into a great area for under 300k.

My wife and I went as far as putting a fence down the middle of the back yard to separate the spaces.
