The rehab will be done in a couple weeks I would prefer not to wait the 6 months - it was a light - Med rehab - only a few weeks.

I have heard the major cons about investing in townhomes but this area is close to the galleria and med center.

If she is not capable of making better decisions than the one we are talking about then she needs help and fast.... does she need a case worker, meetings, counselors, and maybe/probably Meds?
