It would pi$$ me off to no end if a 19 year old came to talk to me with a binder telling me how good of a deal I am getting by seeing a 36% rent increase.

The last appraisal from September of 2023 was before it had a tenant and came in at $165,000.

For example, in my first year of business, VRBO and Booking.com were very heavy, last year Airbnb was heavier.
