Back when I was first doing mortgages, when my forehead wasn't a fivehead and these gray hairs peppering my beard were red, they would also charge a rate/fee hit for not having an escrow account, and I was told it was a "regulatory fee," and believed that too.

I’m mainly looking at Point Breeze/Grays Ferry and Brewerytown areas.

My bank lender said clearly that they can't help US citizens who are not residing in the country.The home loan agent added that working with military personnel stationed overseas is a gray area, but that most in that category already have a place in the States.ITIN loan sounds intriguing.

@Brandon Goldsmith yeah that’s what I want my make sure I’m aware of that gray area.
