If you have 100 good reviews and then you get a one star from her your ratings won't even drop.However, most guests only have a few reviews.

Talking with multiple investors and realtors in the target markets then crunching the numbers on the markets that work for your goals, time, energy and capital will guide you to find the right property. 

As of today, 24 oct 19, CardoneCapital  has a very long negative review that was rated as five star.

I have a decent amount of 5 star reviews I use to dispute these.Is their complaint warranted?

Obviously, lowering the fee and raising the rate is an option but that feels a little bit like spinning my wheels.At some point, if I'm dropping my rates far enough to compensate for a high cleaning fee, we get into the conversation of "is it even worth it to rent it at this rate and risk property damage, 4 star review, etc".
