We expect someone commenting on how great life insurance investments are  to reveal if he’s an insurance salesman, and someone who suggests buying property in Cleveland is great to reveal they’re a Cleveland based real estate broker.  

Hi Pat:I greatly appreciate your comments comparing the two locations and agree with everything you said about management as well as location.I am still getting my feet wet with the BP site and and the information overload, but will keep you in mind for properties in AZ.

Secondly - a truth you should hear that others have commented gently, the market doesn't care how much you spent on XYZ.
