Learning from others mistakes is the best advise I can ever tell someone in your position.Comfort Level - I know I talk to some of our investors more then I talk to my closest friends so it is important you are comfortable with who you are hiring because you want to feel like you can shoot them a text or email and get a quick response night and weekend even.

I have 2 questions: worst case, how big of a deal is it to back out at this point given my uncertainty?

As a former banking lawyer, I've seen people who do this for a living make fatal mistakes.

After a few months with no travelers revenue we will see if they realize any mistake in their philosophy.  

She gave me a sob story and asked not to run her credit and I believed her (mistake #1).

The economy is predicted to get worst and with 20% of Americans predicted to be unemployed I really don't see how the world will look in the future.

I can’t imagine a bigger mistake, less starving, then making decisions to have the roof over your head taken away.

I genuinely came in here expecting a feel good story...I wish I was right.If its any consolation, that sounds like a mistake I would have made...hopefully you take some solace in knowing I've learned from your experience.
