Call advertisements(Rent ads, CL etc..)...most RE investors looking to fill vacancies...Ask questions, seek to help fill a vacancy, request a time to connect..some will shut the door, but not all...Take ACTION..good luck!!

We usually send a notice with return receipt requested so we know it has been delivered.

In most case the buyer pays for the title search and IMO why shouldn't they after requesting such a deep discount.
