It can still be done, but it's a lot more work these days.The best and easiest way to build a HUGE buyer's list in the shortest amount of time is to set up a squeeze page (a.k.a. lead capture page, landing page, splash page), then drive tons of traffic to it using articles, videos, social media, web 2.0 properties, forums, and PPC.All of the marketing methods I mentioned above are free (except for PPC), and they have a much longer shelf-life then online classified ads do.
