@Malik SargentRecently I went to a continuing education class for my real estate license and it was this “working with investors class”.At the end of the class they gave their pitch for their company and what they do is train people to be hard money lenders by using their IRAs and cash that they’ve saved.

I also own multiple LTR's in 2 different ROTH IRA's.

I'm looking for a tax attorney, CPA and anyone who are qualified or experienced with a self directed IRA which lends to an LLC owned by the IRA to allow checkbook control of the funds to then purchase investments?!

Can anyone recommend a good book or other resource that dives into using a self directed IRA to buy & hold Real Estate?

I assume you asked the question because you are curious if there are continued tax benefits like tax deferral with an IRA rollover.
