Tell them you will pay them cash for a quick close.When you do all that, then contact a local RE Agent to give you a list of all the houses in that neighborhood that have sold in the last 5 years with all cash.

I most definitely will keep saving, from what the news is saying, the Auckland market is slowly cooling down, however the prices are still rising, but no where near as quickly as it has been over the last 2 or so years.
