Each time they send me a video saying it’s working perfectly, and then a couple days or a week later I got a video from the tenant saying it is not working.

You have to have a lot more to be above average - indoor heated pool, more video games, other games - i.e. pool table, foosball, etc.., theater room - those kinds of things.  

You can expect to pay a little more for being a new investor when it comes to rate and points, but as long as it's a good deal, you shouldn't have any issue getting the funding.Hope this helps a bit - please, feel free to reach out anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat about the ATL market!
