you got to put your dues in.. flipping houses is not going to give you more time, if your rehabbing u will have less time more risk and stress

Sell the condo immediately by cutting the loss and all the upcoming stress and headaches.

Landlord has ability to non renew if things do turn bad and tenant is able to give notice when/if their life changes without having the stress of having to break a lease. 

@Alan Sue Yes, being overseas does add a little stress of making an investment, especially as a newbie.

With only three units I can say my systems are great, but, I don't have enough property to truly stress test them anyway.
